American Warehousing Systems features six warehouses, which represent 135,000 square feet of safe and secure warehouse space.  The buildings were purpose-built for the specialized support of the Agriculture business.  The first building was constructed in 1973 and the most recent addition was completed in 1992.  The first four warehouses are contiguous and were constructed using brick.  The last two buildings are separated from the first four, but are located on the same parcel of land and were built using concrete.  Design and construction considerations of the buildings placed the safety of our clients’ products of paramount concern.  With this in mind, they all include:

  • Retention systems

  •  Fire, smoke and heat detection systems

  • Central monitoring system –  24/7
